That sinking feeling again

I’ve got that sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach again, Tim and Cain will be gone the day after tomorrow. What a great time we have had together, and we are so grateful for that, but we are not looking forward to Wednesday’s departure. The Ronald McDonald House gave us tickets to see the Knicks basketball team tonight at Madison Square Gardens. Now I know what they are talking about in the movies, when they say they have Knicks tickets! We saw some famous people by the court side, Lorraine Bracco who plays Dr Jennifer Melfi on The Sopranos and Billy Baldwin. It was great to have a family night out just before they leave. Dylan is still doing great. Dr Modak saw us in clinic today and said that Dylan will have scans next week, and that there are a lot of new protocols about to open up. The hot 3F8 are still on schedule for April, so fingers crossed there is no delay. I have found out that the family here from Sydney Australia actually have a boy with Neuroblastoma, and not a girl as first thought, they were his sisters! I am still waiting to meet them in person though.
