Dylan's platelets have hit 104 finally and the rest of his counts are also amazingly great. I spoke with the Neuroblastoma team at the hospital and the good news is they have agreed to attempt to do a stem cell harvest if Dylan's scan results done in the next two weeks continue to show a stable and progression free result. He will have a CT and MIBG scan and also Bone Marrow biopsies. If all is good then they will test CD34 counts after 4 days of high dose GCSF injections (these prime the cells) They will attempt harvest if the CD34 count is >0.
