It's been a hard week for all at the RMDH. We lost 3 children associated with the Ronald McDonald House. Steven, who was at the house many years, even longer than us, lost his battle to Leukemia. Then the same night we lost Katie, a brave teen with Neuroblastoma and then today we lost Carter, who many of you would know we were very close to as Dylan spent all of Christmas 2006 in hospital with Carter. I will be attending the funeral and making the trip down to Pennsylvania along with a few other moms from the house. Please pray for the families of these children, the children themselves are pain free and at peace now but those left behind will carry the loss and memories forever.
