The time has come for us to sell our house. We knew it was only a matter of time. The only reason we have been able to hold onto it this long is because the bank was kind enough to allow us to pay have our mortgage repayments over the past 2 years as Tim cannot meet the full amount on one income. Sadly that agreement cannot me renewed again and we have no option but to sell. Tim and I have never had a house before, this will be the first time we have sold a house, so if there are any Real Estate agents in Victoria who follow Dylan’s website, we would love to hear from you, if you can assist us with selling the house and finding a rental property for Tim, Cain and Nana to live in. Please email: dylanfund@spin.net.au Our biggest concern is selling the house within a reasonable time as Tim cannot meet the full repayments necessary after the agreement with the bank expires next month, our other huge concern is to sell the house to at least pay the bank back what we owe and walk away without a debt or the need to file for bankruptcy. My stomach is in knots trying to figure out a way to break the news to the boys. I have already had to tell Dylan that Daddy won’t be coming to see us for Christmas and he burst into tears. We are working on plans to try and get Cain here ASAP to stay with us until mid January. The wheels are in motion for that to happen so fingers crossed that goes in our favor.
